About the Experience

Many women find themselves at a point in life feeling stretched, emotionally tender, or quietly questioning who they are becoming — not because something is wrong, but because something within them is asking to be heard.

Coming home to yourself isn’t about fixing, pushing, or becoming someone new.
It’s about
remembering who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and inner pressure, and learning how to meet yourself with care and compassion instead of judgment.

In this 75-minute guided in-person experience, you’ll be gently led through reflection, conversation, and presence-based practices to explore self-leadership as an act of self-love — the way you listen inward, honor your needs, and choose yourself without guilt.

This gathering is intentionally spacious, inclusive, and grounded in shared humanity. There is no expectation to perform or have anything figured out — only an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.

The evening will close with a grounding Kundalini yoga flow led by Faith, offering time to integrate the experience through movement, breath, and stillness.

This experience is for women navigating change, reclaiming themselves, or longing to feel more at home within their own lives.

What the Evening Will Include:

  • Gentle guidance and grounding insights
  • Guided reflection to help you reconnect with what feels true for you right now
  • Optional moments of shared reflection
  • Space to pause, breathe, and be present
  • A calming Kundalini yoga flow to support integration and grounding

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A clearer understanding of self-leadership as a supportive inner relationship
  • Awareness of how inner pressure, guilt, or self-judgment may be showing up
  • A felt sense of permission to listen inward and honor your needs
  • Feeling more grounded, supported, and connected — to yourself and to others
